I started this thread mainly because it's my birthday today. I also started this thread because I realized that other people have birthdays too! Well, I have everyone covered with this thread.

Hurrah! Thanks for the.....the strangely stained welcome mat.....

And sure it's different! I can attend the 18+ panels at cons now!

Didn't, though 'cause the description of the so-called "Yaoi/Yuri Panel" (which I turned 18 the same day as) revealed it for what it was--a yaoi panel with a token mention of the other half. /sigh, oh, for a better world...

I forgot about the NC-17 AMV contest, though....apparently one of the winners (announced because the maker of that amv also entered another AMV that won in the normal awards) had one to the Inspector Gadget theme. To one "Demon Queen -something-" I regret missing it, if only out of morbid, morbid curiousity.

It finally hit me about a week or two ago that I'm actually 18.

I was reading a manga when I suddenly realized "I'm...older than every one of these characters! ....I'm older than most manga characters!! I'm OLD!!!"

there was ... still is cake ^^ ... dunno about the wiser thing, guess that when they say wisdom comes with age they dont mean that you suddenly become a bit wiser on each birthday =P but i might be wiser than a year ago ............ but i cant really remember =/ it was a great celebration =)
